This reservation is thestep #2 from registration process.
The aim of the visit is for you to see for yourself whether our proposal, our facilities and our environment meet your expectations. You'll see the atmosphere, and you'll be able to confirm that what we offer is more than just words...
For us, it's an opportunity to get to know you and your dog. We'll take advantage of your visit to assess your dog's compatibility with our boarding style.

Your dog's ability to be separated from you.
We check how your dog reacts when temporarily away from you. It's normal for some dogs to feel stress in unfamiliar surroundings, but we need to make sure he can adapt without undue distress.

Ability to follow instructions and be manipulated
Your dog will need to cooperate with an unfamiliar human, especially when entering a dormitory or crate, and when being cared for if necessary. It's important that he can be guided gently and accept basic handling.

Ability to interact with other dogs
We observe how your dog communicates with other dogs. Every dog has its own language, and we need to make sure that interactions are respectful and safe for everyone.
Tour schedule
- You'll have done a lot of driving, so you'll need to stretch your legs! We'll walk together and play with your dog, getting to know each other and discussing your needs.
- Afterwards, we'll take you on a tour of our facilities, give you details of the day's activities for your dog and answer any questions you may have.
- Then we'll ask you to step aside and leave us with your dog for evaluation.
- Once the evaluation is complete, we'll meet you to report back!
- As it's probably stressful/exciting for your dog, we'll go back to walking and playing to end on a high note with your dog.
Frequently asked questions
How much notice should I take?
The Ranch operates according to the seasons and the number of dogs present.
As there is only one introductory visit per day and one 24-hour trial at a time, it's best to contact us several weeks in advance, especially before vacation periods.
Why do we need a visit and a trial day?
Because here, nothing is left to chance.
These two stages allow your dog to discover the place, for us to observe his behavior, and for you to see if the Ranch is right for him.
They ensure successful integration, without stress for either him or the dogs already present.
